About this Project
Unused space in the lower level of this Minneapolis Kenwood home provided a great opportunity to add a much needed third, and conveniently located bathroom.
The bath features a large shower with a frameless glass enclosure and custom granite countertop furniture vanity. The beautiful bath has a wall mounted lav faucet integrated into the custom decorative mirror. Full height cabinets were built along an entire wall to add plenty of organized storage space. Warm earth-toned slate tiles on the wall and floors blend beautifully with the natural maple cabinets and vanity.
